  • Ground Motion
    • Specific project site probabilistic seismic hazard analysis
  • Building Stability
    • Perform 2-D analysis (minimum) of lateral load system
  • Site Stability
    • Based on site specific geotechnical report
  • Damageability Assessment
    • Determine by engineering analysis of expected performance
 
  • Report Requirements
    • Indicate definition of loss, loss estimation, methodology, and level of study used
    • Indicate Building Stability, evaluation criteria, and method of analysis used
